baaaayyyyybbbeeeee

here are a couple things that I found out that are interesting and may be helpful to you!! I kinda actually had fun looking at these things! I hope you enjoy reading this!! and if you have anymore questions ill be glad to look it up!! hehe

1. some pregnant women experience morning sickness in the morning, some feel it all day, and some never have it. Your doctor may or may not mention this because there is nothing your doctor can do about morning sickness!

2. When it comes closer to your due date you may feel the urge to clean and prepare the babies room!! Its good to do this because youll have time to be with your baby rather than worrying about the baby room.. but MAKE SURE YOU DON’T OVER DO IT!! bad for your health!!

3. In your first trimester you can be forgetful so to avoid this you can make lists because going to the doctors can even be less important to you when you have your baby on your mind

4. You WILL experience mood swings!! Occurs more frequent in first trimester

5. You might have color changes on your skin.. like nipples will get darker or that line under your belly button will get darker or spots of uneven color… it cant be prevented but if you were sun screen it can help minimize it..

6. ITCHING!!! DON’T SCRATCH YOULL GET STRETCH MARKS! Ask your doctor for cream!!! And use cocoa butter!! It smells good too!!!

7. Yah youre pregnant and your gonna have to buy pregnant clothes.. you might not even fit into your shoes too!!! WTF!! Pregnancy causes your body to swell cuz of the fluids… girl don’t buy new shoes.. if you do.. just buy slip ons its easier to put on and take off!! Hehe

8. EXERCISE!!! Its good for you and your baby!!
a. It’ll help you feel better!
b. Help boost your energy level
c. Relieve backaches
d. REDUCE CONSTIPATION
e. And it might even help you sleep better by relieving your stress
f. It will help you prepare for your birth by having strong muscles!
g. Have a good body after birth! Well quicker than usual..
h. Statistically studies show that it lowers the risk of complications
i. But ask your doctor for the right exercises you should be doing.. you don’t wanna over do them..
j. Heres some exercises to avoid
i. Bouncing
ii. Sudden change of directiong
iii. Anything that has to do with up and down
iv. And abdominal injuries…
v. Contact sports

9. Avoid sitting for a long time and elevate your feet when you sit

10. Hemorrhoids — varicose veins in the rectum — frequently occur during pregnancy as well. Because your blood volume has increased and your uterus puts pressure on your pelvis, the veins in your rectum may enlarge into grape-like clusters. Hemorrhoids can be extremely painful, and they may bleed, itch, or sting, especially during or after a bowel movement. Coupled with constipation, another common pregnancy woe, hemorrhoids can make going to the bathroom downright unpleasant.
